What do you think about the problems in the subprime market? Do you think they are going to spread to the overall market? I've been hearing that the troubles we have been seeing are only the beginning...
The Subprime market is changing, due to people that lived off equity and got caught in ARMs that have just recast, they are now unable to refinance and owe more then the house is worth. The guidelines are tightening up already. It should be interesting but the market will excude most subprime borrowers in the months to come.
